Unable to setup notifications on Versa

I had to Uninstall fitbit app and reinstall to get my bitmoji clock face to update. That took forever but finally worked. Now I tried going in and enabling my notifications again and its TOTALLY different! I can't access anything! the list of things to enable is NOTHING I want and I can't get into choosing what apps I want to notify like messenger,  insta. TML Hockey (for when it comes back) text,  phone. 

I've had a fitbit for YEARS its totally different. My fitbit was sending those notifications till now. 

Why can't I set it up properly anymore?!?
