Unable to sync Deezer

I have been trying to sync Deezer to my Fitbit. Within the app I force sync and it says "Preparing music for download...". The Fitbit then changes to "Sync in progress. You can use other applications while your music loads." but it stays on 0%. After a few minutes the Fitbit changes to "No Music. Go to Media Settings in the Fitbit mobile app to add music."

 

I have unlinked the account several times hoping it will help. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync Deezer. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Whether you haven't done it already, please follow the instructions on this article to resolve issues with Deezer. You can also restart your Fitbit Versa by following these steps and try again.

 

If it is still not working, please make sure your watch is connected to Wi-Fi. Then, plug it into the charger. Playlists download automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network.
