I bought my Versa 2, 3 days ago. It synced right away but then it stopped showing my texts. Found out I needed to update the firmware. Then it worked again fine. Now my phone can't find the device and I can't get it to sync at all to the app. I've restarted Bluetooth, restarted the versa 3 times and it's still not working. Help!!!!

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
