Versa not charging

Hi, yesterday my Versa started turning on and off randomly and today it will not turn on at all. I’ve tried charging it but will not work. The battery was at 29% before it switched off completely. The only thing that shows up on my screen is 0% when I plug it in to the charger. I’ve tried holding the buttons to reset as I’ve read from previous posts, tried cleaning the pins as explained on the Fitbit site, tried using a different charger and it still will not work. Any others ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
