Every week I have had to re-pair device, this week when it failed to sync, was advised to reset, did that, but bonding failed. Now the thing is simply bricked, won't reset, won't pair, won't bond. Haven't even had the thing for 3 months. What a poorly designed piece of crap. Tried calling customer service, twice in a row the call just dropped. I so regret buying this thing.
