I have a problem syncing my versa 2, I did a factory reset on it but now to link with the app I am being told to hold down three buttons on the tracker, my versa only has one button. Help +

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
It seems that the factory reset procedure that you tried is for our Fitbit Versa and not Versa 2, this is the reason why such process wasn't completed.
