I am having difficulty getting the Versa Fitbit to synchronize with my PC (Windows 10) computer. It used to synch directly to my iPhone, but my iPhone is not working anymore. I would like to synchronize directly to my computer. I follow the instructions and get successfully through the 4 digit verification. The synchronization fails to complete the final setup. I have attempted on several occasions without completion.
Do I need to reset the Versa Fitbit in order to complete the new setup?
I desire to keep the data that is stored on the Fitbit since I haven't had a successful synch for over a month.
