Ever since the update yesterday, my phone does not even read that there is a Fitbit in the vicinity. Do not tell me to check for compatibility... That seems to be the most common response. I have had this phone and Versa for a year and a half and it worked fine... Until your update.
Yes, I am upset. Yes, I am frustrated. Yes, I think this update was some kind of virus. Please fix it.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
