There is an ongoing problem with my Versa. It hasnt synched since yesterday afternoon and before that I have had many issues with it connecting to Bluetooth as well. This has caused me to drop in multiple challenges that I'm in with fitbit as well as outside of fitbit.
I actually switched back to my blaze last week to work around this. I am very disappointed.
Please get this resolved asap.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I tried everything but still it not synced with my device
