When trying to sync my Fitbit Versa, it is coming up with "the operation couldn't be completed. (com.fitbit.HTTP error 403.)"
I have tried restarting the phone and app however this hasn't worked.
For information i have an iPhone X.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, is your Versa unable to sync or unable to pair with your phone? Have you restarted your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen?
If so, I would like to suggest you that you uninstall and reinstall the app. Then, try to set up or sync your Fitbit Versa.
Give this a try and let us know in case you need anything else.

I'm having the same problem. And I have already done all the instructions. Uninstalled the app, restarted the fitbit. Now I can't connect the device anymore because the same error appears. Fitbit Versa, ios 13.1.3.
