Versa - Device not found

Almost every morning this happens.  Usually turning my iPhone off then on again gets it back, but not always Why?

I usually have to delete the app, download it from the App Store and sign in again.  Very frustrating.

I'm having the same issues too on my Note 10+. I haven't been able to connect the last three days.
