Unable to sync or find device.

My versa lite is tracking my steps but the app is unable to find my device to sync to.  I ve done all the suggested trouble shooting things but they have not worked.  This happened yesterday and I managed to resolve the issue by shutting down my versa lite and restarting it. But the issue has happened again today.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

I have factory reset the watch and I’ve uninstalled it off the app.  It has started to do the update but failed at 50%. It’s now updating for a second time. Fingers crossed it works this time.  If it’s anything like my husbands his failed many times. In the end Fitbit sent him 2 replacements. Both were refurbs. It finally worked with the second one.
