I am not able to connect with Oneplus 2 and Oneplus 6. I have already updated both mobiles and firmware update in Versa. But after that the same issue occurs. And yes when I sync it with other mobile phone like Xiaomi Mi4 it will connect easily. Why and what is the solution i think i have wasted my money in Fitbit Versa.

hello I had the same issue with One Plus 6 t on Fit-bit versa lite i have returned the product and took a fit-bit versa and this works very well with my phone its worth the extra bucks but really waiting for fitbit to respond to this issue oneplus 6T and fitbit other devices.

Funny thing is that Fitbit is owned by Google. Hope they fix it soon

Did not work out for me. I use One Plus 7 Pro and had been having this issue for a long time. My device would work just fine for like 2 days. Then it stops showing any notifications. In the app it says restart the device to get notifications (tried it a lot of times). Every two days I have to reinstall fitbit app on my phone to keep getting notifications. Fitbit could not help me with this and gave non sensible reason of the phone OS being not compatible. Other smart watches just work fine. Fitbit could have solved the issue rather than blaming other phones lol.
