I've tried everything that the site suggests.. I was able to do my initial "sync" (which took 8 hours) but I haven't been able to sync it since then (using the same set up .. i.e. windows10 and doogle). I wouldn't care except that the time is now incorrect and I can't find anyway to reset it that doesn't involve a sync. I'd appreciate any advice for either getting the blasted thing to sync or how to correct the time without syncing

Hi @franklin106, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device/computer information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa 2 it should display the time that’s configured on your Windows 10 computer. That said, to fix the syncing difficulties you're experiencing, try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.
