Unable to unlock Versa

I can't unlock my Fitbit on my phone and I can't set a device. It's disappear on the Fitbit apps. 

and the number doesn't show on my display because it's say I need to unlock them.

 

 

what should I do?????

How can I get my watch to pair to my phone it has forgot about the device and is asking to unlock with the phone and I am unable to

Help please. My versa is locked and saying to unlock with phone but I have just unpaired it from my phone and now it won’t pair as it’s locked..

@Minddmindd, thanks for time taken to troubleshoot your Versa prior posting. While checking your details I was told by our Support team that you already have a case created with them. Apparently they sent you an email with more details, so make sure to check your inbox.

@HectorT and @Jwrig, thanks for sharing details about your watches and for trying to get them paired to the Fitbit app. As you may know, to unlock your watch with your phone, it's required to have your watch paired and syncing with the Fitbit app. Since this isn't the case, I've contacted our Support team so they provide you with further assistance via email. Please note that due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon.

Just today i had this issue, i charged the fitbit completely and then i wanted to open it it asks password as usual, but when i type in the password, nothing happens, it wont go further no there is any enter button it just stays like that. I could connect my phone to fibit and use the "device lock" option cause my iphone is not connecting to it. I tried restarting several times on both versa and iphone nothing solves the issue. Can anyone help me or know any other way?

My Fitbit has me locked out and is telling me to "Unlock it with phone" but I can't find that option in the Fitbit app? Can anyone help me?

Hi @Pnut41pnut. Welcome! It's nice to see a new face around.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and let me help you with the unlock process. If your watch continues being connected to the Fitbit app, I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
  2.  Tap your profile picture > your Fitbit device image.
  3. Tap Device Lock.
  4. Look for the option to reset your PIN code.

Once this is done, your watch will be unlocked. Just note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time. For more instructions on how to add cards to the Wallet app, check this help article.
