Hi,
I bought a new phone today (Samsung A41) to replace my OnePlus 8 Pro as I'm downsizing. I downloaded the Fitbit app and attempted to connect my Fitbit Versa Lite to the app. After 10 times restarting my phone and my Fitbit, they connected but the tracker needs to be updated.
The update starts but fails either straightaway or after the downloading message appears. Its stayed on 1 a few times and only made it up to 5%. I've tried many of the solutions on this forum already and really grasping straws to get this to work. I searched to see if my phone was compatible but the table hasn't been updated in months (my old phone isn't on there!). My Fitbit has also appeared with the message "Data not Cleared. Sync and try again" although thats only happened 2-3 times this evening.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

I don’t know if this will help but when this happened to me, I had to put the Fitbit on the charger for it to be able to install the update. Also, it will go super SLOW if it is only connected via bluetooth and not via wifi (when it prompts you).
