What phone are you using? There's quite a few people having these problems who all have Samsungs.

Hello RicardoFitbit.....

I'm on my 3rd Versa Lite since 12/25/2019. I have a Samsung 8 which is supposed to be compatible. The newest upgrade for this great Fitbit is not working. I've turned off bluetooth, checked for phone updates, rebooted internet modem, etc., etc, etc until I'm blue in the face. I even went to my sisters house to see if her internet would help this upgrade. To my surprise....it did not. Fitbit is leaving a very sour taste in my mouth & I'm seriously considering switching to another fitness watch. I will not call Fitbit tech support for obvious reasons since I'm on my 3rd Fitbit watch. I even canceled the premium because of all the issues I've had barely over a year. Thanks but no thanks!
