Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone got the same problem as I do with my Versa 2. I put it on charge after it ran out of battery, and it does not restart after a full charge. I try to reset it (my maintaining the back button 10 seconds and even 3 minutes). Try to press all combos of buttons for 10 sec and 3 min.
When it's on the charge I see that the screen is black but a bit lighter than when it's not plugged. I suspect it's a water problem as I look at the back of the watch.
Any help welcome.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out and for sharing a photo to show how it looks.
If your watch got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. If your watch has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser (like Cetaphil) and dry it with a lint free-cloth. Be sure to follow ourWear and Care instructions to keep your device clean.
Even though it may be ok to shower with our water-resistant devices, not doing so reduces the potential for exposure to soaps, shampoos, and conditioners, which can cause long-term damage to your device and may cause skin irritation. We also don’t recommend wearing any of our devices in a hot tub or sauna.
Water resistance may diminish over time and can be negatively impacted by any of the following:
Let me know if after cleaning your watch the issue persists.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer and all the tips to prevent a watch from being water damaged. Unfortunately, after cleaning it I had not better results : the watch does not start, no matter how I try to reset it. I left it on the charger for a few hours just in case.
I also have a question : is it ok to wear it outside when its very cold (like 14 F which is -10 degrees Celcius)?
