I have had my Versa for about 18 months. When an update was posted a couple of months ago, I was unable to install it. I could live with that. Several weeks ago, the exercise app quit working. I tap on exercise, it comes up and immediately fades away to the watch face. Reading the forum, it appears that a factory reset was needed. I did so.
Now, I can not download anything from my iPhone8 to the Versa. I get about 10% downloaded, then failure.
Both the iPhone and Versa are plugged in and charging, and sitting on top of the wifi router.
I am very sad.
Help!
