For over an hour now the apps and clock faces can't be updated.

Hello @Den_in_USA I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for reporting this situation to us. Tell me, have you checked today and verify that you're able to change clock faces or update the apps on your Versa through the Fitbit app? If you're still having trouble, please force-quit the app and try again. Note that some apps need to be updated through WiFi.
