Versa not updating or syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit Versa recorded data (sleep) correctly during the night.  In the morning, face info on Versa was the same numbers as the night before.   The datesnd time reset to the next day but info did not.  Now all info numbers are blank.  Info on phone app is correct and counting accurately.  I tried resetting my Fitbit, the app and my phone. Nothing is syncing to my Versa.   Any ideas as to what is happening?

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, sometimes they behave strangly under the new Firmware version of Fitbit has removed it from the gallery. So, if you're using such a clock face, install one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. Hope this helps, good luck.

@Rpuffmama Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's clock face doesn't update the data even though you have restarted it.

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the advice that shared @SunsetRunner.

As a side note, I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so, on your device, open the Settings app > About Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Make sure to sync your Versa before this process in order to avoid losing your data.

Once you've done the factory reset, please try setting up your Versa from scratch and monitor it in order to see if the issue gets resolved.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
