I wanted to clean my Versa lite so my wife can used it. I did a factory reset. Uninstall and installed Fitbit bit app on my Samsung S7. Now updating it takes for ever, and comes back with update failed message. So I start all over again.

I have the same problem with Versa Lite update - message errors after 6-7 hours of update process. Tried 5 times with no result! Factory reset (suggested by Fitbit Service Team) did not help!

I called Fitbit @ 877-623-4997. They will replace it.

I’m having the same exact issue. I’ve tried to update it 6 times to no avail. Thanks for giving the number to customer service. Hopefully they can help me with this issue!
