My versa began loosing time the end of last week.I turned it off, restarted it, deleted it from my Fitbit account, added it to my Fitbit account again. I've tried this action several times to no avail. Right now it's reading 4 minutes behind. I can't get it to hook up to my wi-fi. I've had the Versa since July. I'm beyond frustrated. I'm about to throw it against the wall. Someone please help me.😖

Hi @LilmommaLetsGo , regarding the time: are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and see if that solves your problem. If no, restart your Versa three times in a row (internal reset). Regarding connecting to WiFi, the following:

1. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer

2. Go within the Fitbit app to WiFi settings and press it.

3. Yo should now see the name of your home's network with on the right side of it a white WiFi icon. If you have not entered yet the password of your network, press the name of your network and enter the password manually.

4. After that, press the white WiFi icon and Fitbit will start connecting to your network.

5. When succeded, the icon turns to blue and will say "connected".

6. Now your Versa is connected to your WiFi, but only as long as your Versa is in the charger and connected to your computer.

When you take your Versa out off the charger, the WiFi connection will stop very soon.

Hope this helps, regards kuzibri
