I went to help: Check for Versa Update. It says Versa is up to date. even though it's not the latest firmware.
Then I go to spotify, and it says that I don't have the latest version on my fitbit device. Fitbit app on phone is updated.
I uninstalled the fitbit app, removed my fitbit from bluetooth. Did a factory reset, setup my versa again and installed a update, through Wi-Fi now im on Firmware version: 32.33.1.30 again
Fitbit doesn't recognize there are newer updates. So how do I fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. Let me share with you that once you factory reset your device, the firmware version is restored with the one your device came with, keep in mind that the latest firmware version for Fitbit Versa is the Version 32.70.7.14.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. Then, please move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Make sure that the Fitbit app and your mobile device operating system are up to date.

I've tried almost everything, I just got back e-mail from the customer support telling me there are no pending updates for my versa even though im on version 32.33.1.30 so they said:
The available option for you is to wait that our team upload the next firmware update, once they do, you'll be notified about it.
So I guess I have to wait it out, Thanks for helping though, hope it gets fixed soon!

Support team kinda just gave up on me, Issues is still not resolved. told me to wait for next update.
I'm kinda done with it, guess I have no choice but to run outdated firmware version. Since this versa doesn't recognize updates, not even the latest one that got released a bit ago. This is so broken.
I'm pissed, frustrated and don't know what to do anymore

I have the same issue, same version numbers This makes it three versions behind. And support also told me to wait for the udpate to become available. In the mean time, I can't use the new clock faces I just bought because I don't have the latest updates.
There is no manual way to pull or force the updates. How do we resolve this?
Note: Phone OS is up to date. I uninstalled and re-installed the Fitbit app to ensure I had the latest and there were no problems. When checking for Versa update, it says I have the latest version.

I just added a feature update request to allow for manual updates. Please vote for this suggestion so we can get some attention to the issue.

Yea Fitbit needs to sort out their problems with the smart watches.
