I've been trying to charge my Versa for the last 2 days. It doesn't even register that it's on the charger. It did this once before and I switched the charger end and it was fine. I've tried 2 different charger ends this time but it didn't help. How do I know if it's my actual charger or my Versa that's the issue?

I am having the exact same problem. My recently bought fitbit won't charge or even register that it is charging, its just a black screen. Wondering if anyone can help me fix this issue. it's only a couole of days old.
