Unable to update or install apps on Versa

Hi,

I have just bought my Versa Special Edition. Was quite happy and pleased with new watch. But when I clicked the coach app for update, it took forever to update it. Same as the Spotify app, when I clicked to install, it also took a very long time and failed to install it. Can anyone help me here?
