Unable to use Music Control on Samsung Note 9.

So I switched from Iphone to a Samsung Note 9 and I noticed the music controls are not working, I know it is a fairly new device but it would be nice if I can be notified when the music controls are available or if I'm missing something, I already reset my watch, unlink - link it again, so I suppose the feature is still not available.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is already listed as a compatible device. If you're having trouble with Music Control on your Versa, please try the following:

1. If you see "Music unselected" or "No music" on your Fitbit device's screen, make sure that music is playing on your nearby phone.
2. Make sure Bluetooth Classic is enabled: 
   1. Open the Settings app on your Fitbit device > Bluetooth > Pair. 
   2. On your phone, navigate to the Bluetooth settings where paired devices are listed. Your phone will scan for available devices.
   3. When you see Classic next to your Fitbit device, tap it.
3. While music is playing on your phone, press and hold the back button and swipe right to the Music Controls screen. You may see the current track playing or the most recently played track. 
4. You may need to change the audio source to your phone if you previously listened to music stored on your watch. Tap the 3 dots, then tap the phone icon to change the audio source to your phone.
