I purchased my Versa about 6 months ago. I’ve had no issues with it. The last time I went to charge it it did not charge. I switched out the charger for another one, used a different plug and outlet and still did not charge. Any suggestions ?

Hi, contact Customer Support about it and ask for a battery test.
