I put my Fitbit Versa to charge and the screen went black, I did reset it holding the bottoms, but no luck what else I can do?

Hi, did yu do the entire restart procedure, e.g. restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the FitBit logo and release the buttons? If yes, contact Customer Support and ask for a bettery test.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before. Let me know if your Versa comes back to life.
