Versa had stopped synching... Regardless of what I have tried

I no longer receive notifications

I no longer receive badges

The versa appears to be working... But not up to date and not doing what it is supposed to do.  VERY disappointed.  I want to send it back

Hi, have you tried to restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and lrease the buttons? Of no, I would advice you to try that. If you just want to send ot back, contact Customer Support about it.
