Unclear message on Versa screen

Was given used Versa. Set it up. Steps display on dashboard but on screen it says "hourly NaN" and "steps undefined"

"NaN" is usually computer-speak for "not a number".  I would guess it is a problem with the clock face  selected.  Sometimes third-party clock faces don't keep up with fitbit changes.  Try changing clock face to one "by Fitbit" and I expect it will work.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
