Hi my versa says “undefined” when I try to see stats

Thanks for bringing this up! Let me help you get the information to show up on your Versa again. 

 

I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

My suggestion in this case would be to try to change the clock face on your Fitbit. That should help it to start showing.
