My Brand New Fitbit Versa Broke... I turned on swim mode in maybe a 75 degree Pool in 5 feet like maybe 15 minutes and it refuses to charge or make any vibrations blueBluet connections or lights this is BULL**ahem**!!

I'm sorry to hear that you Versa isn't responding. May I first suggest trying the restart procedure that can be found here.

It's worth trying a restart (which is our only real tool for addressing issues) by: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

 

If that doesn't kick it into life then it's probably best to contact customer support to discuss your warranty options: contact.fitbit.com

This exact same thing happened to me as well yesterday. Put it on swim mode and did one lap and now it won't turn on. completely unresponsive. I've done all the restart options. Nothing works.

As @SteveH suggested, your only option now would be to contact customer support.
