Hi, I have a Versa which was given to me at Christmas. In the last week or so, the device will not communicate with my phone. I have tried to factory reset as described by Versa but it will not reset itself. I keep getting the message "Unlock with Your Phone" but no can do. Unfortunately the clock is now running slow so useless as just a dum watch...bit frustrating. Any advice please? Thanks

Good morning @RicardoFitbit , and thank you for your fast response. I have tried that as recommended but get as far as my device picture - that doesn't exist. The app doesn't see the device. I have tried removing and reloading the app, but then I run into the same issue as described before - I cant pair with the device as I just get the message "Unlock with Your Phone" and I am blocked. A bit annoying when the device is only just over 8 months old! Any advice most welcome. Thanks
