Dear all, tried to press all three buttons and release button right but still message showing and also my device has disappeared from my phone. Any ideas?

The first thing to note @Canterbury is the request to use the phone and not the buttons
Second is to see what Fitbit says.
Let's click on the Help link below and open the lock FAQ
Basucally we open the Fitbit app, device settings, and setup a new lock pin. You will need to know your phones unlock code.
The whole process can be done in less than a minute.
