This is what my Fitbit says when I try to start an exercise or check my stats????

Hello @AlisonY let's look below and click on help. See the last FAQ

The process is really very simple. 

  • Open the Fitbit app
  • Go to account 
  • Versa
  • Device lock out in your phones unlock code 
  • Change Pin Code

I also recommend sheeting the pin for Fitbit Pay Only.
