I have put password protection on my Versa. I wore it to swimming yesterday and the water must have kept typing the wrong pin on my Versa because when I tried to type my pin it came up with a message saying “Unlock with your Phone.” I think I must have typed it wrong too many times. Now when I tap or swipe anywhere it appears with the message. I can only check the time and my stats. I can’t even see my notifications. I have tried syncing my watch but I have always had trouble syncing my watch. I have also tried to check if any message appears on my app. None that I am aware of. This is very frustrating because now I can’t access my apps. What do I do?

As long as your fitbit is still connected to your app then you can use your phone to unlock it. Instructions for that can be found in this help file:
