My versa doesn't count my steps when I'm in the store pushing a cart it's upsetting when I'm walking and it doesn't work right should work I paid enough for it that it should work

The problem is the shopping cart. It means that when you are walking your hands - and therefore your fitbit - are not moving as they would when walking without a trolley and so it misses steps. Fitbit's comments on this can be found at Help article: How accurate are Fitbit trackers?
