Unresponsive Screen

I’ve had the versa for 4 days and the screen is not responding to touch or tap. I’ve tried to reset it, I’ve tried to factory reset it with the button sequence I got from Fitbit support (doesn’t work). At this point I’m waiting for it to die so I can charge it. Any luck with others? 

 

Apparently this his is super common. Should of spent the extra $100 for Apple.

@KJeaneth I am assuming you have tried pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears - aka reboot? Have you tried simply holding all 3 buttons together for at least 3 minutes?

Yea, I’ve held all the buttons until my fingers went numb pretty much lol

I feel your pain! 

 

Purchased Fitbit Versa in Nov 2018 (Versa # 1)  In Feb 2019 the screen blacked out. Fully charged, zero functionality and unable to reset. Returned it to place of purchase and was replaced (Versa # 2) No questions. 

 

2 days ago my Fitbit screen went again! Instead of a full black screen, i had a big black square in the centre of screen. Screen could not be reset, etc etc as per Versa # 1.

 

Retirned to place of purchase tonight with the intention of getting $ back and buying a Garmin or an Apple. Garmin does not do digital watches a Garmin was off list. Entry Apple watch is $599 and battery needs to be charged every night (feedback from friends and a salesperson)....

..,,,,Decided to swop Versa # 2 for a Versa Lite! ......Very forgiving customer or idiot? ....,,!
