My Versa 2 is unresponsive. When I touch it, it does not light up nor the keypad for the password works. What can I do?

Hi @Klaudia_Witman , restart your Versa three times in a row by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. most of the time this internal reset solves these kind of problem, regards kuzibri
