I feel like I'm getting some sort of black screen of death.
A few days ago (less than a week), I noticed my screen became unresponsive to touch; I could activate my main interface with the side button, but I couldn't make any selections, scroll through screens, etc. I did a factory reset (hold in the side button until the logo comes on, release the side button) and still had the same issues; the screen turned on, but no responsiveness.
At some point during the last 24 hours, my screen is now completely black. It won't respond to touch, it won't respond to the side button, multiple attempts to factory resets lead to nothing but a black screen. When I plug it in to charge, there's no change. Screen stays black.
Any recommendations or advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @EmileeS427 - if the watch has become uncharged it will do nothing. Try changing to a different power source, best use a PC and note if there are connection / disconnection noises.
Sometimes a factory reset will fail in which case the watch will never work again and there is no fix. If the connection / disconnection noises are repetitive then the watch has failed. Sometimes it may need a button push to wake it.
If the watch makes a connection noise but no display the screen may have failed. You can verify this by syncing with the App. If the sync works but the screen is blank the screen has failed.
If the sync fails, the watch is either not on, not charged or has failed, unless you were having sync issues already.
