Hi
Tired to do a reset of my Versa lite and now it is completely unresponsive. It worked fine before i tried but now completely black screen and no green lights on the back. Charge all night but still nothing. Has this happened to anyone else? And did you get it working again or have I completely broken it?

I would like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the reset process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
