My Versa died. It will not power on using any combination of buttons. It does not vibrate when you put it on the charger.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi I have problem.with my versa lite its unresponsive. Its charging ok and I have the heart rate flashing but nothing happens when I swipe it. Also noticed that the button on the side does not always work when pressed so I can see the time...I have restarted it several times and it still is unresponsive..It was only bought in November 2019. Shall I take it bk and get a refund had a charge 2 before this one and never had no issues with it.
