* 2 days back I got a notification that there is a firmware update
* I have taken the update, it went successfully
* next day I noticed that watch was unresponsive, I thought battery must have dried up
* charged the battery then in the night i again noticed watch was unresponsive, I thought may be I did not notice whether my charge was 100% or not
* next day I charged again by making sure that it is 100%
* After few hours I could again see that watch was unresponsive
Do not know how to fix this, please help

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
