I noticed the fitbit versa 2's HR sensor is blinking when its straight to a cloth / towel. It even shows I'm on cardio since the heart rate increases wHow does this work like this ?
Temporary solution is to place the fitbits sensor without facing any cloth / obstacles or sensor facing top.
Why its like this ? 😞

Hello @CoolSID, welcome to the Community Forums! It's a pleasure to assist you today. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information and details about heart rate tracking in our help article: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?. Heart rate sensors will activate when a surface is near to them. Keep in mind that even when turning off the heart rate tracking such green lights will continue flashing.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
