Unsuccessful update

There was an update that will not load successfully to my Versa. Since last Tuesday it is not tracking my sleep or steps on the phone app.  It is however tracking my steps and heartrate on the versa. When I go to check the weather,  it says I must sync it to my phone. What has happened?

I'd like you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, check monitor your Versa and see if the issues get fixed.
