Above is the link to the picture. Apparently, even though everything is updated (version 35.70.7.14 on my versa 2), it still won't let me download the SpO2 clock face. And this is true of so many other clock faces as well (amounting to about ~10-30% of clock faces I can't download). How do I fix this bug?

@A_0123456 - Welcome to the forums. Your link requires me to download a file. Can you please just describe what the message is so I don’t have to do that? Or provide a screen shot? You should be able to include a picture in your response by tapping the camera icon at the top of your new message.

How are you accessing the clock faces?  The best way is to do it thru the Fitbit app on your phone. If you go to Account > Versa 2 > Clock Faces > All Clocks, it should show clock faces that will load to your Versa 2.

It's been a year and I cannot use the fitbit app on the pc to change the clocks.  It just spins.  I can change the last clock I used, but can't replace it.

yes, and picking a new clock face is first step but the swirling wait just stays there indefinitely.  Checked for versa 2 updates.  I am up to date.  And I can change the color of the existing clock, but can't replace it.
