Since the update I don't get phone calls, txts or any other notifications.

Also when I turn my wrist the watch face doesn't come on. The watch is to dim in sunlight and the brightness control is on dim and grayed out.

I am NOT happy with this update.

@Tunk welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not getting notifications.and the watch screen is dim.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I forgot to mention that I have unistalled all fitbit software, unpair the phone via bluetooth and factory reset the watch. Then reinstalled everything. Still a no go.Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S8.

My versa won’t update beyond this update and looking at this thread this update is from before I purchased my versa. Help!
