I don't know what you mean.  Please clarify what you want to do.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@loraine.norbut If you're referring to update your Versa's firmware, you can follow the instructions listed on this help article: How do I update my Fitbit device? Please note that this can be done only if you have a pending update (meaning that you can't force your watch to update if there's no update available for it).
