Update Zone Minutes

I went from a Charge 4 to a Versa 2...i noticed my zone minutes shot from 22 a day to 30.  I did not okay this, and that is a lot.

I checked the regular spot in the app and could not edit it back down.  How do I change this?  30 is a lot.. Even 22 was a lot some days.

Hi @MissMarie13 - There are Active minutes and Active Zone minutes. May be your Charge 4 was displaying Active minutes and the Versa 2 is displaying Active Zone minutes.

It probably can't be edited but it is not an absolute reference, it should be seen as a guide to see how one day compares with another.

I realized that I used to have Active Zone Minutes.  Now it is just displaying "Active Minutes."  Which seems more difficult to get, as it isn't counting my yoga practice, even though my heart rate goes up to cardio.  I wish I could switch back to the Zone Minutes.

Hi @MissMarie13 - can you check your firmware version for the Versa 2, it needs to be 35.72.1.9 or later.

On the watch, Settings, About.

The reason is the device only works with active zone minutes so you can't have active minutes  unless you have an old version or a problem with a clock face, so you could try another one or simply swipe up and see what the Today app tells you.

If the today app shows only active minutes, then it's the firmware version, or you actually have active zone minutes based on the heart rate measured by the Versa 2 which may be different to your old device.
